program endüstriyel tip robot yapımıdır ve bunun simülasyonunda yapılabildiği bir programdır.....

Mexiconun verdiği program demo olmasına rağmen kurulum esnasında ethernet parametrelerinizi Vxwin adlı yeni bir konfigrasyonla değiştirip ağ bağlantınızı bozmaktadır.
2. Program similasyon yazılımı olmasına rağmen donanımda Multi function (KUKA robotlara ait özel bir kart. Hareket sistemini ve güvenliği denetler) kartını bulamayacak ve dolayısıyla kayıt defterinizi berbat etmekle kalacak ve açılışta yüklenen programa ait dosyalar (Cross3, Kuka OLE) bilgisayarınızı feci yavaşlatacaktır. Programın ismi KUKA Office Sim. Birde Uninstall yok. Bunları gözönüne alarak kurmanızı tavsiye ederim.
 
arkadaşım böyle şeylerin olduğu ilk defa senden duyuyorum kuka robot alanında gerek hardware gerekse software olarak iyi robotik şirketidir..

KUKA dünyanın en iyi robot ve bilimum makine üreticilerinden biridir. Bu konuda haklısın. Ama yazılım konusunda yan firmalarla çalışmaktalar. Özellikle KRC2 serisinde Windows XP Embedded kullanmalarıyla birlikte komplike sistemlerin çoğalmasıyla doğru orantılı olarak, buglarıda çoğalmış oldu. Önermiş olduğun Kuka Sim Office yazılımı doğal olarak standart bir Kuka robotun donanımına ihtiyaç duyuyor. Kuka, Driver ünitelerini vxwin adı verilen özel ethernet arayüzüyle yönetmekte, office sim yazılımıda kurulum aşamasında bilgisayarındaki ethernet parametrelerini vxwine uyarlayacak, TCP/IP ayarlarını kendine göre güncelleyecek, bilgisayarının birçok bölgesine çalışması için gerekli olan dosyaları kopyalayacak ve sen hangi dosya nereye kopyalanıyor takip edemediğin, ve programın Uninstall ı olmadığından dolayı yazılımı C:\ den silsen bile o arka planda hep çalışmaya devam edecek. Programı kaldırdıktan sonra bile Registry nin birçok yerinde KUKA başlıklı key leri görebilirsin. Benim anlatmak istediğim buydu.

Tekrarlıyorum, Kuka dünyanın en gelişmiş şirketlerinden birisi gerek teknoloji gerek satış sonrası hizmetleri gerek erişilebilirlik olarak ama yazılım konusunda biraz zayıf kaldılar. Günde yaklaşık olarak 235 tanesiyle ilgilenmek durumunda olduğumdan dolayı sözüme güvenebilirsiniz.

ptp,lın,circ vb hareket komutları vardır.robot wındows destekli bir bilgisayar, haberlesme kartları modülleri(plc)ve eksen sürücülerinden oluşur. ayrıca teac pand ile kumanda edilir.genel robotlar 6 eksenli ayrıca 7 eksenli olanları da var.yukarıda download programı da bir simülatör.gerçekten teach pand ekranı simülatör ekranıyla aynıdır.ama simülatörde pek bişii yapmak mümkün deil.robotla çalışmanızı tavsiye ederim.daha fazla bilgi isteyen arkadaşlar [email protected]
