Wincc Runtime ve Runtime&Configuration arasındaki fark sadece birinde sadece izleme yapılır diğerinde hem izleme hemde değişiklik yapılabilmesi midir?

The WinCC/Server licence is for the WinCC Client/Server Configuration. If you want to use a WinCC Server/Client configuration you will need this licence for the WinCC Server.

The WinCC RT 128 licence is a licence for the WinCC Explorer, this licence means that you can at least have 128 external Tags in the WinCC Project and the "RT" (Runtime) means that you can use this Tags just in Runtime-Mode.
For configuration in the WinCC Explorer you will need the "RC" licence (Runtime + Configuration).

Elimde wincc runtime lisansı var ve pc de çalışıyor. Bunu başka bir pc ye kurup çalıştırabilir miyim ?
Yardım dosya çalıştırabilieceğini sylüyor ama galiba bir önceki pc deki lisans kaldırma işlemi yapmam gerekiyor mu?
